Wrinkly sausage and poached eggs, that was the story of the day.
We had a good laugh today. Have you heard about the LAUGH OUT LOUD emoji or LOL, like laughing at the top of your lungs, like when you really cannot HOLD your laughter? Thats what we were today.
My friend and I went to a nearby restaurant for lunch and she really had a laugh at my sausage and eggs. She said they were wrinkly compared to hers, which were smooth, glossy and polished. I told her that it was fine because she needs the “shining, shimmering, splendid version and I’m good with the wrinkly one anyway. Oh boy, that tickled her to death! She just couldn’t stop laughing and she unleashed her iconic laughter that sounded like a goat moaning for her mate. So then, that worsened her laughter.
The whole time she was laughing it reminded me of the bloopers of the infamous CNN anchor Anderson Cooper back in 2011 when he talked about Gerard Depardieu. The CNN host broke out into laughter while making jokes about the French actor’s alleged public urination on an airplane. Whilst live on national TV, Anderson lost his composure over the story of the actor’s plane incident. Referring to the movie LA Vie En Rose, Depardieu was apparently arrested after he refused to listen to the flight attendant’s requests to wait 15 minutes before going to the bathroom after take off. Instead, he urinated on the carpet of the plane in full view of passengers.
I think it does happen to anybody, doesn’t it? Sometimes there’s something that tickles us and somehow we just lose control and we just keep going like a stream; you just can’t stop it — you just can’t.
Despite both being tired today after being sleepless last night, not just because of my baby’s photoshoot but also because life in itself is stressful isn’t it? But c’est la vie. However, we should not despair I said, so we had a good laugh with the shining, shimmering, splendid eggs and sausage.
May we continue to laugh until the consummation of ages ends.

It’s great to have a good laugh 😊
